Penang is the second most congested town after the Klang valley.
Therefore, Penang is in need of a Transportation Masterplan.
Penang Transportation Masterplan involved the following:
1. Penang Sentral in Butterworth for bus.
2. LRT within the town centre to Bayan Lepas and Penang Hill
3. Cable car and Gondalas like the one in HK surrounding the Penang Island
4. New Penang International Airport in Butterworth as announced in Budget 2018.
5. Euro-tunnel and outer-ring road to be spearheaded by Konsortium Zenith Superbug, an ally of Ewein.
6. Land Reclamiation SPP2 spearheded by E&O.
The, Master Developer for 1-4 would be MRCB and aided by Gamuda.
Thumbs up for MRCB which succesfully conducted oversubscribed right issues.
